Hailing from Minneapolis, MN, Sarah Christine recently made the jump as a full-time musician in the mountain-oasis of Aspen, CO. 

Sarah Christine’s newest song, “VICES” will debut on all streaming platforms on February 12, 2021, (2/12/21).

The first single to drop on Sarah Christine’s latest series of songs under what will be the consistent theme of “The Year” releasing throughout 2021  is “VICES”.  Vices is a deeply relatable, introspective song that features Boulder, Colorado musician, Taylor Tuke.

The Pandemic has taken pity on no one. All of us have been faced with challenging situations, and an overall new way of life. For many, the isolation and hardships have amplified internal struggles, leaving many to reckon with their self control. VICES is an honest portrayal of the ways many are coping during these difficult times. 

Derived from a deep and honest conversation Sarah Christine had with friends, VICES is about being real and collectively sharing internal battles brought on by tough times. 

“There’s no use in hiding, how can we all be better?” questions Sarah Christine. “We all have VICES. In these times when we’re isolated and alone, it’s more important than ever to work through the tough things together. It was an absolute honor to work with the beautifully talented, Taylor Tuke to help elevate the message of this song. He’s an incredible musician and now a dear friend.”

The duo originally met by chance, when they shared a stage in Denver, Colorado for a benefit concert for homelessness last fall. Enamored with one another’s striking voice, VICES, (originally a solo project) blossomed into a beautifully arranged duet.
